“The view is beautiful and the staff was excellent. I did take issue with the cost of parking….why are you charging guests of the hotel if they park themselves? It’s not that you are short of space, such as being downtown! My morning coffee. Large brewed coffee, nothing fancy was $6 +tax+Tip= $8.00 for a reg coffee. By 10:30am all pool chairs were taken. The cost of Easter Brunch was130.00 p/person add in a couple of drinks and tip and my bill was $504.00 USD for 3people. All the nickel and dime...

“The location was fantastic, peaceful and relaxing. Had a view of Tucson with amazing sunrises each morning. Nighttime in the Lazy River looking up at all the stars. Just what was needed.”

“I was charged for a superior room when I got here to check in. It’s a room I normally book. They told me to book the larger room to make sure it was accurate but when I got here, I had to pay an extra 15 bucks for superior which was supposed to include an iron and a coffee maker. The only thing I got was in the microwave. Also, ”
